The principle bus povider

The principle service provide is Yellow School Bus.

Please note that the contracts with YSB are established directly and individually between YSB and each family. YSB was chosen as the service provider after a call for bids. The framework agreement goes beyond the regulations defined by the Singaporean authorities, especially for matters regarding security, with the obligation to have only one child per seat (instead of 3 children for 2 seats as authorised for the youngest), to provide one seatbelt per child (no obligation otherwise), and to have a bus nanny for young children who takes them to the maternal section of school. The tariffs are controlled as well.

Any problems should be reported directly to YSB at .

Please note that in most cases, YSB is not the owner of the bus, but an intermediary service provider. Therefore it is important that, should you have any concerns or experience problems, you contact YSB instead of reporting to the bus nanny, driver or owner of the bus (as the queries may not be passed on to YSB).
